Soon, the familiar Mac OS X Snow Leopard settings screen will load to select region settings and configure a virtual machine like any new Mac. If you see a series of error messages with white text on a black screen, ignore all of this and let VirtualBox start. Close Settings, select your virtual machine, and click the Start button to start the virtual machine. In Settings, click “Save” and then search for “IDE Driver” to remove the Snow Leopard installation DVD, ISO, or DMG – if you don’t, the virtual machine will restart in the installer and not in Mac OS X 10.6.When the installation is complete and you return to the VirtualBox Manager screen, click the gear icon under “Settings”.Let the installer run, this will take some time (30-45 minutes) and just ignore the “Remaining time” estimate because it’s inaccurate – if it looks frozen or stuck, it’s not, the progress bar just jumps in large chunks and doesn’t gradually increase.Select the name of the hard drive you just formatted and click “Install”.

Now close Disk Utility and return to the general Mac OS X installer.Select “Mac OS X Extended (Journaled)” and name something on your hard disk, then click “Delete”.

Select the virtual hard disk name from the left-hand menu of Disk Utility (15GB VBOX HARDDRIVE or similar), and then click the Delete tab.Drag down the Utilities menu and select Disk Utility – this next step is important because without it the virtual drive will not appear in the installation menu. Now start the virtual machine you just created by clicking the Start button and letting the Snow Leopard installer download, then click the “Install Mac OS X” screen.Confirm the data, boot disk and select “Create”.Select Snow Leopard DVD, DMG, or ISO as the primary boot drive.Select “Mac OS X” and “Mac OS X Server” as the operating system and operating system type.Open VirtualBox and create a new virtual machine – make at least 15GB of virtual disk and allocate at least 1GB of RAM to the virtual machine. This guide was made on OS X 10.7.2 Lion with the latest version of VirtualBox, it should also work by installing OS X on Windows.

7 Enterprise (AGM) Windows Server 2008 R2 Mac OS X Snow Leopard x86 & 圆4.
